The brief behind the build
Make the requirement clear.
Keep it useful as work moves on.
A pallet enquiry involves more than a product choice. Dimensions, quantity, delivery location, timing and handling requirements all influence what is suitable.
We built the identity and customer experience around that reality, then created tools to carry those details into the work behind the enquiry.
01 · Full brand creation
An identity with
a working system behind it.
A recognisable logo was the starting point. The wider system gives the website, communications and tools a consistent voice and appearance.
Compact mark
Digital icon

Signal gold

Typography, tone of voice and application guidelines.
Primary identity
More than a logo. A coordinated family of primary, compact and digital marks, with defined colour, typography and clear-space rules.
Built for everyday use. A brand guide covering language, imagery, digital applications and print gives future work a consistent foundation.
02 · Website
Help buyers explain
what they actually need.
The website introduces the supply options and gives buyers a practical path into an enquiry, starting with pallet type, volume, location and timing.
Content around the decision.
Dedicated pages explain new, second-hand and custom pallets, supported by practical buying guides and FAQs.
A useful first enquiry.
The form gathers the operational basics before asking for the details needed to follow up.
A site the business can maintain.
Native WordPress and Elementor pages, responsive layouts and search foundations support ongoing content work.
03 · Custom lead management portal
An enquiry needs
somewhere to go.
We built a dedicated workspace to review requirements, manage their status and keep the history of each lead together, beyond the initial notification email.
Keep ownership visible.
Search and filter leads, assign them to an account and track their progress through defined statuses.
Preserve the record.
Versioned edits, an audit history and restoration keep earlier information available when a requirement is revised.
Keep the design attached.
Lead-linked specifications can be reviewed, opened for authorised editing and downloaded as visual PDFs.
04 · PalletSpec design & specification tool
Show the requirement.
Don’t leave it to interpretation.
PalletSpec turns dimensions and component choices into an editable pallet design. Drawings and a 3D view make the same construction easier to inspect and discuss.
The actual tool, showing its Australian standard starting design.
From a discussion to
a shared specification.
- Adjust the footprint, board arrangement and bearer positions.
- Inspect the design in dimensioned views and an interactive assembly.
- Carry the submitted design into the lead workspace.
- Generate a six-page visual specification and retain an audited version history.
The design supports a clearer brief. Load capacity and suitability still require confirmation before manufacture.

Top, bearer, side and bottom views explain the component layout.
05 · Custom WordPress plugin · Local build
Find the content worth creating.
Know why it belongs.
We built an SEO content researcher and planner for Pallets on Demand. It brings search evidence, existing content and business priorities together before another page is proposed.
Research the right audience.
Separate customer and supplier needs, investigate search intent and retain the sources behind each opportunity.
Check what the site already covers.
Review existing pages and planned work to identify useful improvements, gaps and overlap before adding more content.
Turn findings into reviewed work.
Prioritise opportunities, prepare editable briefs and manage research or drafting through an approval and review queue.
06 · Business app · In development
Taking the work
further into the business.
The next stage brings client management, material pricing, pallet design and quotations into a native Android app, with ordering part of the development roadmap.
In development
One job.
Its commercial details
kept together.
The app is being developed around the relationship between the customer, the saved pallet design and the price being quoted.
Development scope shown here, rather than a released app or a completed ordering workflow.
Client management
Client accounts and contacts give saved work a customer context.
Pricing
Material, labour and other costs inform the commercial calculation.
Pallet design
Saved specifications and versions retain the construction being priced.
Quotations
Customer-facing quotes combine pricing with the supporting specification.
Ordering Planned
The next step in connecting an agreed requirement with an order.
What connects the work
One business.
Considered from more than one angle.
The brand establishes recognition. The website helps explain the requirement. The portal keeps it actionable. PalletSpec makes the design visible. The SEO plugin gives content planning a research-led foundation.
That is the value of considering the customer experience and the work behind it together.
